include packaging, shipping, insurance, VAT and custom duties. We are not

All deliveries are, if not other wise stated, EXW (Incoterms 2000).

Shipping
Policies
Orders will be shipped via two day air or ground service; next day air on
customer request. IBP reserves the right to change shipping rates without
notice.
We DO NOT deliver to any P.O. Boxes.
Critcal Use
Unless otherwise specified in writing, products sold by
IBP Medical GmbH are not designed for "critical applications". Critical
applications refer to life support systems, medical applications,
connections to implanted medical devices, commercial transportation, nuclear
facilities or systems, or any other applications where product failure could
lead to injury or loss of life.
Applicable law and arbitral
tribunal
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall
be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International
Chamber of Commerce in by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance
with the said Rules. |
